This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website almanac.academy and all related subdomains and services provided under the brand “Almanac by Openmind” (the “Service”). By accessing the Site you accept this Legal Notice.

The purpose of this website is to provide access to the Almanac learning platform, including Android and web applications, user accounts, subscription plans, ads-supported content, and optional digital collectibles (NFTs).

3) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (software, texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, layouts, and design) is owned by Almanac by Openmind or licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the content without explicit written consent.

4) Use of the Website

Users agree to:

• Use the Site lawfully and respectfully.
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or bypass protections.
• Not misuse ads, tokens, or reward mechanisms.

5) External Services & Links

The Service integrates third-party platforms such as Google AdMob/Ad Manager, Google Play Billing, Stripe, and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or errors.

6) Liability

We are not responsible for damages arising from improper use of the Service or internet failures. Access is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

7) Personal Data & Minors

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you accept that policy.

In compliance with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) art. 7, users under 14 years of age may only use the Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We use Kids Web Services (KWS) to obtain and record this consent. Parents may contact us at hello@openmind.cx to review, correct, or delete their child's data, or to revoke consent.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service, including encryption in transit, access control, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

Hosting: DigitalOcean (EU/US datacenters)

Additional CDN and deployment services may be provided via Vercel.

10) Applicable Law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Illes Balears, except where mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.
